1.tarik nafas ~ Tarik nafas dalam2 dan hembuskan dengan perlahan, konsentrte at gerakan diafragma k0rang... Lakukan 2 or 3 tymes, untill korang rse terkendali. 2. Redakan ketegangan~ Jika korang tgh dudok, berdirilah n wat perenggangan yang lembut. Gerakan tgn n lengan bergantian,then angkat bahu n wat tubuh korang feel rileks. 3. Bergerak. jalan cepat, walaupun hanya jalan – jalan at seputar ruangan or at tmpt mandi. ini sgt b'guna tok membantu melancarkan aliran darah korang ... B'gerak secara teratur jge dpt mmbntu m'bakar efek negatif dri hormon stres. 4. Berteriak dan menjerit~ g at suatu tempat pribadi pas2 jerit sepuasnye!tpi, jgn r smpai kacau org len yekkk.. ehehe.. :) Cara itu dpt dipakai tok terapi pereda stres. 5. Berpikirlah positif~ Pilih something yg layak, suatu pemikiran pribadi yg positif. Ulangi secara teratur at korang cndri..6. Dengar muzik~ Irama muzik yg lembot or rancak dpt buat korang rse tenang n eppy blek..7~gelak n ketawe~ ketawa wif membe korang., g r lepak at shopping mall ke.
